The Fold Room

The Fold Room is an extension of my creative practice, developing installations, sculptural objects, sets and spatial experiences for editorial, retail, cultural and private commissions.
Ideas are developed with the realities of construction in mind from the very beginning. Engineering, fabrication and installation become part of the same conversation, allowing the original thinking to remain intact from concept to completion.
Working primarily with paper and mixed media has developed a deep understanding of what materials are capable of becoming, and how far they can be taken without compromising the original idea.
An installation is only as strong as the thinking that makes it buildable.
