Developed for Tbilisi-based designer EPOSHH, the editorial introduced the collection through a series of restrained landscape portraits.

The collection relied on strong tailoring and clean silhouettes, so the direction needed to give those qualities room to lead. I looked for an environment that could amplify their presence through openness and scale.

The dry lakebed provided exactly that. Its uninterrupted horizon reduced the landscape to light, texture and distance, allowing the figure to hold the frame without unnecessary distraction. Throughout the series, the body was treated almost as another architectural element within the landscape, using posture, negative space and proportion to shape each composition.

As daylight faded, portable studio lighting was introduced without attempting to disguise it. Leaving the lighting equipment visible became part of the editorial's language, acknowledging the constructed nature of the photographs while creating a dialogue between fashion imagery and the surrounding landscape.

Small shifts in gesture, silhouette and framing were enough to carry each image, allowing the collection to retain its clarity against an environment defined by space.
